MANAGEMENT

BIAGIO ALBERTO ANGELO BONFIGLIO

ADMINISTRATOR

Biagio started his professional career within the Ministry of Finance, which he left in 2002 with a superior officer degree. From that moment onwards, he experienced several top administrative and financial management positions in a number of enterprises. To these, many significant appointments as external consultant concerning compliance and prevention of money laundering have been adding on year after year.

ANDREA GAIFAMI

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

With an academic background in Food Biotechnology, he’s been working with international cooperation since the Eighties. After having coordinated some thirty rural development projects in about twenty countries, living for several years in Northern Mozambique and in Southern Brazil, he returned to Italy. Since the very end of the previous century, he’s been dealing with local development issues in the EU and the Mediterranean countries. He’s been involved in several project and programme management, identification and evaluation services to the benefit of Public Administrations.

FABIO GARDELLINI

HEAD OF LEGAL AND CONTRACTS

He started in the financial and insurance sector and following in international trading and services distribution.
He progressively assumed roles in the management of distribution networks and subsequently moved to the legal affairs management of the holding company of the group.
Over the last ten years he has been steadily involved as partner in development projects in the business consulting sector.

FAUSTO GOTTARDO

Business Developer North East Italy and Croatia/Slovenia

Since 1990, Fausto gained significant international experiences of Project Management in public-private sectors (Large Infrastructural Works) and since 2004he’s also been dealing with coordination of Public Projects with European funding as Public Administrator of a Local Authority, in projects of Unions of Municipalities and in various Public Investee Companies in the WASH, energy and waste sectors (in particular Zero Waste and Circular Economy). His interest in "Public Participation" in Urban Planning has always determined the conviction of the importance of sharing ideas in territorial cooperation favouring the solution of common problems in the direct realization of Projects focussing on a strategy of achieving common objectives.

Jonathan Miles Allum

MEMBER OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE

A commercially experienced executive with core competencies in operations and regulatory compliance. Jonathan has founded several successful businesses, having created the commercial platforms and development strategies, supported by the architecture to sustain efficient growth. With international experience in cross border tax, finance and structure management, Jonathan has developed an extensive knowledge in start-ups and mergers and acquisitions, whilst retaining his core focus on the implementation of best practice management systems and regulatory compliance.
Graduate at Bristol Business Scholl in business administration and graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Jonathan has been Commissioned officer in British Army for over ten years.
He has worked and lived in various countries consolidating a great experience in social and cultural environment in various continents.

FRANCESCO CUZZOCREA

MEMBER OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE

Mr. Cuzzocrea is a Swiss National and lives in Dubai, with over three decades’ experience in Private & Investment Banking, Finance and Portfolio Management. He started his banking career with Credit Suisse in 1976 before joining Lehman Brothers Lugano, Milan as Senior Vice President responsible for the Institutional Equities’ Sales Desk. He also worked at IBI Bank in Zurich as deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of the Private Banking and Asset Management Department resigning in 2005 to establish Albion Finance S.A, Lugano, a multi-client family office and is currently the President of Aurum Trust and Finance, Lugano. A core professional, Mr. Cuzzocrea’s areas of expertise include – Private Banking, Portfolio & Asset Management and Advisory Services.

My name is Ilaria Trovati, I am 38 years old and I’m living in Perugia. I graduated in 2007 in International Relations (Master's degree) with a score of 110 out of 110 cum laude at the University of Perugia. After the University, I attended a postgraduate specialization course in European Union law and European funding. For over 10 years I have been advising on the programming, implementation, management and monitoring and control of programmes co- financed by the EU Structural and Investment Funds. I have DELF language certification for the French language and PET for the English language.

Michela Cattaneo

Office manager

Graduate in Political Science and Master's degree in Administration and Public Policy with a score of 110 out of 110 cum laude at the University of Milan, Micaela has many years of experience in the administrative management of projects, monitoring of funded projects and public tenders with direct assistance to companies.
She currently deals with the administrative management of projects, preparing and presenting applications for local, national and European public contributions.

Sandro Angiolini

Expert

Sandro Angiolini is an environmental-economic expert with a wide cultural and technical background, able to properly analyse and summarize key issues at stake in several vital areas of sustainability: farming, natural resource management, sustainable tourism, green and circular economy. Equipped with strong communication, capacity building and dissemination skills, he is experienced in the design and evaluation of European projects and programmes. He has worked for 29 years in the Italian civil service and for 20 years as independent expert, before being hired by SITA ltd.

Since December 2022, Technical Assistance to the Managing Authority Regione Toscana, as Project Officer. Huge experience c/o PA, private bodies, member of JTS ENI CBC MED 2014-2020. Master in Local Development and Degree in Political Sciences.

Legal Affairs

After a short experience in the Bank of Italy, Prof. Vincenzo Farina joins the Ordinary Judiciary reaching the rank of Cassation Counselor. Since 2002, he follows the academic career. He is in charge for the course of Private Law at the University of Salento. He is a member of the Italian Society of the Civil Law scholars. He is currently running his law firm “Farina” and is qualified for patronage in Superiors Judiciary.

Labour law expert, founder of the "Vercelli & Partners" law firm, progressively deepens his experience in the trade union area and then goes in consulting for Confindustria, particularly in Liguria. The “Vercelli & Partners” law firm is federated with “Maresca, Morrico, Boccia and Associates” law firm in Rome.

Procedural & Compliance

Graduated in Business Economics at the Luigi Bocconi University, included in the Professional Accountants Register of Milan and in the Public Register of Legal Auditors.
As business consultant and chartered accountant, he has gained significant experience in a big auditing firm and has been active in consulting business to corporate groups of key importance, working in different sectors of the industry and services, also participating in projects for the listing of companies both in Italy and in foreign regulated markets .
Formerly executive in multinational corporations, he is consultant on business management, financial and organizational analysis, coadjutor of law firms in civil, criminal cases and litigation processes.
